Is parking included?

Yes — free private parking at the property, with a dedicated spot for your apartment.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely. Children of all ages are welcome and we can provide a cot on request.

How far is the beach?

The beach is right below the property, about 0.1 km away. The nearest small sandy beach — ideal for children — is a five-minute walk along the shore.

How do we get there from the airport?

Zadar airport is a 25–30 minute drive and Zadar old town is about 20 km away. We can arrange an airport transfer on request.

Is breakfast included?

No — each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook whenever you like. Restaurants and a supermarket are a short drive away.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. We're reachable from 08:00 to 18:00.

Why book directly?

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

Do we need a car?

We recommend arriving by car — you'll want one for the beaches, restaurants and day trips around Rtina, and free private parking is included. Some guests do fly into Zadar (25–30 minutes away) and we're happy to arrange an airport transfer, but a car makes the stay easier.

Can we cancel our booking?

Yes. Cancellation is free 21 or more days before arrival. Cancel less than 21 days before and the fee is 50% of the total price; less than a day before arrival, or a no-show, is 100%. Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 14 days.
