Our stay was in early June 2025 and it was our first time in Apartina and also first time at this village Rtina. When arrived there, we have had our expectations met and even beyond that. We had the 2BR apartment in the upper floor and the views towards the sea were stunning. The balcony is huge and if you are in one of the corner apartments you can have both, the mountain and sea view at the same time. Waking up to these views and having a dinner at the sunset is such an experience. The apartment itself is fully equipped. It is modern, has great amenities and is very cozy. Even, since it’s very new and if something was missing, it was provided accordingly so we could full enjoy our stay. Only 5 minutes walk from the Apartment there is an amazing and romantic beach with umbrellas made of bamboo, it brings Caribbean feelings. The beach has toilets, which is a plus. Another 5 minutes walk along the beach to the north, there is a small sandy getaway beach with fine sand and shallow waters - excellent for kids who like to play with sand and in water. The service overall is amazing, as well as the Apartina, the place. Even before we arrived there we experienced excellent service around our stay - we always felt being taken care of, around all phases of our travel. We will certainly come back. A very beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sofa was very comfortable as well. Whenever we had a question or issue, we received a prompt response via WhatsApp. A few suggestions for improvement: * Providing a pair of scissors and a kitchen towel would be helpful. * The Wi-Fi connection could be stronger, as it was sometimes unreliable. * My biggest suggestion would be to provide a cordless vacuum cleaner or a floor mop. The floor got dirty quite quickly during our stay, and there was no convenient way to clean it.

The view is just the best you can ever dream of. The quiteness is also great. Swimming pool hot and clean. Wine glasses just perfect to enjoy spakling, white and red wines from Dalamtia region :-) Shower and toilet in each room. Balcony going round south and west view. All inside furnitures modern and luxurious with special mention for central hub with high chairs. Air conditioning works perfectly. Large glass doors are just fantastic. There is nothing to hang bathrobe and towels in the bathroom, this is mandatory and a big miss. Cut of water twice during our stay, this is just inconvenient and not a big issue. Sunblinds are a bit problematic. You must ask the installer to verify the controller as almost every day, sometimes more than once a day, they were stuck in their position with no way to make them move. When it happens, it is for the all 7 blinds. So if they are close, you cannot open them and access the balcony if you need something that you have outside. It happen also once that a blind moved up during 5 seconds in the middle of the night, waking us scarely. Outdoor shower was removed but it what convenient not to put water inside. The main door was not working and the door going to internal shower and sauna was dismounted, giving a feeling of security not optimum :-)
