As the founders of the boutique complex Apartina, we would like to share the story behind the creation of this exceptional place. Together, we have poured not only our hearts into it, but also countless hours of work, passion, and effort to create a space that is unique not only for its location but also for its atmosphere. Apartina is more than just apartments – it is the result of our love for travel, our respect for nature, and our desire to offer guests a peaceful and inspiring place for unforgettable experiences.

From the very first moment we discovered the place where Apartina now stands, we knew we had found something truly special. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, with views of the azure sea on one side and majestic mountains on the other, we felt this was the perfect location for a retreat – a space where guests could escape the rush of everyday life.

The choice of location was deliberate – just a short distance from Zadar, a vibrant city full of life and culture, we sought a quiet haven that would offer harmony, privacy, and views that take your breath away. Every stone, every piece of furniture, and every design detail was carefully considered, with a focus on comfort, relaxation, and the use of the highest-quality materials.

Gordan, who comes from Croatia, has a deep personal connection to this place. His knowledge of the area and his emotional bond with the Croatian coast were key in creating the authentic experience that Apartina offers. Thanks to his local insight, we were able to design a space that is in harmony with both nature and the culture of the region. unforgettable experiences.
