1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Apartina Boutique Suites (operated by Dalmatia Facility d.o.o., located in Croatia). The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram).
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and must have a valid Instagram or Facebook account. The giveaway is open to residents of any country. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on the day of the post publication and ends at 23:59 (CET) on August 31, 2025. The winner will be announced on September 1, 2025, under the original giveaway post on both Instagram and Facebook.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow the @apartina.hr Instagram or Facebook page
- Like the giveaway post
- Comment under the post, tagging the person they would like to take with them
There is no limit to the number of comments per person — each comment counts as one entry.
Sharing the post to Stories is optional, but will be counted as an additional bonus entry.
Participants may enter on both Instagram and Facebook for higher chances of winning.
5. Prize
The winner will receive:
A 3-night stay for 2 people in a 1-bedroom Apartina Boutique Suite in Rtina, Croatia.
The suite includes:
- Heated outdoor pool
- Private sauna (due to change)
- Fitness zone
- Sea-view terrace
- Fully equipped designer interior
The total prize value is approximately 672 EUR (according to the listing price for the certain period).
Redemption period: Between October 1, 2025, and April 30, 2026, subject to change due to the availability.
Travel and other personal expenses are not included.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible comments on both Facebook and Instagram using an external app. The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @apartina.hr account and will also be tagged in a comment under the giveaway post on both Instagram and Facebook.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.
7. Prize Redemption
The winner will coordinate their preferred travel dates with Apartina staff via booking@apartina.hr. The stay must be booked in advance and is subject to change to the availability during the redemption window. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
8. Data Protection
Personal data collected during this giveaway (such as social media handles or direct contact details) will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Right to Cancel or Modify
Apartina reserves the right to modify or cancel this giveaway at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia.
